HERALDS CAMPAIGN
RISR The Rhythm
Ahriesar is the Cyclonic God of Light, Heat and Patterns.
RISR - 'The Pattern where there is no Pattern' in Daeogram, also commonly known as 'Risar', a name he shares with the sun that Noth orbits.
Indeed, RISR is the pattern of wider existence; the grand collaborator of the Trinium. When NFSS created time in the wake of Rubicon Overlay, and NOIL the gravity of astral bodies, RISR created light and heat. With a flash, existence boiled; elements fused in the heat, brought together by time and gravity to form the Glittering Sea and all of existence.
But RISR was not finished; he knew that the now conscious people of Noth would need something to help them comprehend reality. He gave them patterns; the rise of the sun every morning, the length of the day and the change of the seasons. Through these signs, the Nothern could learn how to live in conjunction with the world itself, and thrive once their oppressors were destroyed.
He is also known as the 'Colourful God'; he is category of safe foraging, told by the colour of the plants. He is the colour of stagnant water, and he is the darkening sky, heralding the rain. He is the knowledge all navigators carry in their hearts to guide them home. He is the uniformity by which life can resume, long after civilization has come and gone again.
RISR is worshiped as the head of the Paragartern Gods; for the others move around him, like the planets in orbit of the sun.
When chaos rules and life is turned to ruin, Ahriesar is as sure as the sunrise and sunset, and the stars in the sky.
Delivering a plea of help from Palisades, Misiv Ffamran Bunansa slows from his injuries. Upon his next step, Ffamran walked into the Rubicon Overlay, where he witnessed the end of Enaeth and then existence itself.
Meeting with his dead companions from his former life, Ffamran was reminded of the importance of 'walking towards something', and that without forward direction, the past was just as likely as the future. His friends told him it was time to leave the warmth and safety of the campfire behind and embrace the thunder Ffamran long feared.
Though thunder heralds the rain, all who see the pattern know that the sun must shine thereafter.
