The Topaz Setrah
The Topaz Setrah, once known as Trella, is an advisor to the Mantri and now emissary to TAERA and Regina Garaseehn. She was executed by Hurin on Regina's orders as a spy.
Nothing is known of Trella's early life, only what snippets were remembered from "The Meld". The latest of the Mantri's Majordomos, Trella served as his right-hand, supervising something called the "Genetic Dynasty".
The culmination of this evidently failed, as the Mantri was forced to select Trella as his candidate, who travelled on a pilgrimage to decend and become the Setrah.
As the Setrah, Trella continues in her role as Majordomo to the Mantri, and now as a supervising role in Second Revelation. She now also acts as an emissary between the Mantri and TAERA. How exactly she manages to actively observe the furtive and mistrusting members of Second Revelation, TAERA and the Mantri's projects is unknown, but may be some indication of the powers granted to her...

The Setrah is a tall sinewy woman. Well into her middle years, her unblemished face hides the scars her body wears from a life in hardship and training. Whatever her thoughts are hidden behind bright yellow eyes, and a mask of a face, contorted into a practiced serene facade.
Having only been seen once by Second Sunrise, little is known of the Setrah outside of her service to the Mantri. Any ability or purpose for serving Regina is still unknown.
